Hey, I’m sorry for any confusion here, and I’d be happy to help clear things up. You have full control over your Loox plan and can switch it anytime in your Loox admin. Since explicit merchant consent is required for any plan changes, we don’t have a way to update your plan on our end.

Outrageous extra charges by number of orders without providing any value and awful customer service. I ended up paying 500 USD/month unexpectedly for a review widget. You can get the same functionality for 15/USD month.
