The Loox team is great! They are so good at helping out in case you encounter any issues with the app.

This is such a great app! It has great additional features such as refer a friend, and offering rewards for photo and video reviews. Within the first 24 hours of installing Loox we had 16 new reviews! This level of reviews collected in the same timeframe was impossible with Trustpilot.
