Easy to use and lots of very good reviews for all the products
Ken and Jodel was very helpful when it came to issues with the Loox app. He was able to fix the code when it wasnt displaying properly very quickly. Loox is a great app so far!

import review function doesn't work and support is inexistent, no reply after days waiting and multiple emails sent.

It's hard to change settings for different features.
I love this app! It has probably all the futures you need. Don´t make the mistake (as we did), and don´t try to get some free review app, it will probably suck and you will probably need to migrate to better review app in the future.. I also love the support of Loox, they are here literally 24/7 and are ready to help you with anything.. I´m really satisfied. But I need to monetion, that we have been using this app for not even a month, so maybe We´ll find out some shortcomings of this app

Very nice. Ideas are being recommed, everything is customizable, no watermark option is awesome. 10/5 have used, am using and will continue to use this app. It also not only about reviews but much more like emails and stuff. Great app :D Would recommend to everyone
