I was really excited to move from another app as Loox seemed to have everything I need for my store which relies heavily on reviews to generate sales. The previous review app posted all of our reviews to our FB business page. Loox DOES NOT even though they claim they syndicate reviews to Meta.
Given that, we will need to find a differently platform for our reviews and referrals.

good app for reviews but terrible terrible support. Not people themselves, but it is very hard to find the chat window and then get to recent conversations which is very annoying.

It's hard to change settings for different features.
I had really fast help for a change I needed which was great. My only issue is I don't like the look of the emails and would prefer to have to option to send them from my preferred email marketing provider
