Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Customer service 0, they answer after 2 days. You can't edit reviews, you cant select multiple countries to import, oh and even if you select usa it will still import you review from russia and ukraine... you can't show the flag for buyer...
Basically i don't get why will i keep this app.

The Name of the Person writing the review looks like "G***p" for example, its not showing the full name for anybody PLEASE HELP!!!!

This app is inconvenient because it doesn't allow you to edit reviews or names and you cant see all the reviews and select which ones you actually want. You have to go through each review even if there is 1000 of them 1 at time in order and select. The app is very basic and the layout of the reviews makes your personal website looked cluttered and unorganized not to mention TACKY. It would be ...

I have installed the app to test it for a day but decided to get another app instead. But how TERRIBLE!!! It pretty badly messed up with my shop's codes. Super annoying that a prompt "An embedded page at Loox.io says error" keeps on coming up. Significantly slowed the shop too. Imagine all the annoyed customers and lost sales. This needs to be corrected ASAP.

It says trial, but i get charged 9,99€ from the day 1....

Terrible, I added it thinking I could import a bunch of reviews. I couldn't, then when I deleted it, the stars still showed up on my shopify product page, so I went into the code and deleted everything related to loox, and the stars were still there. Is this a glitch? I need help

I pay 29.99 per month but they still do not let me remove powered by Loox !!

This app itself looks good, but it doesn't provide enough information on their pricing page. I just knew that I can only remove their branding logo on the enterprise plan. What a tragic! This app is definitely neither for the starting nor growing business owners. I am giving one star not because of it, but because of their incomplete information on their pricing page. I got tricked.

I do not know why this app has so many 5 stars. Customer service is horrendous. I had high hopes for this, but it's awful.
