Easy to install and use and has near immediate impact. It is a really nice addition to the website to click on it and see reviews pop-up in the lower left. It adds a really nice touch.

Cannot match a basic font like Arial to my theme and no access to css to be able to fix.

Love the reviews and get quite a lot of customers that submit reviews with images and video. Only thing I wish it has was store review integration in Google merchant center.

Love this app and the support team is always top notch. I reach out quite often for help with random questions. Most recent, Leogen was able to assist with my issue in less than just a couple minutes :) There are a few quirks I have encountered here and there but the benefits far outweigh the roadblocks we have run into.
