Loox is quite good and does what you ask for.
Only one problem the pricing,
Fact that some basic functions such answering to reviews are only from the 29 usd plan make it expensive when others apps reviews that does more or less the same things offers all theses functions for the 9,99 usd plan...
Thinking to change but review app is not something that you can change easily, I mean it time consuming.
So choose wisely.
Otherwise support is fast and design is nice.

Good app for reviews but after uninstalling continue to bill me. They know I'm not using it and bill me anyway. Be careful and watch your bills.

I completely understand how stressful it is to get an unexpected charge. I would be happy to help you with this.
We would never, and cannot on a technical level, charge a merchant after the app is uninstalled.
All app charges go through the Shopify billing system which automatically charges only when an app is installed.
It might be that an app charge is already included in an invoice before the app is removed and hence still appears after it is uninstalled.
With that said, I can see that you have reached out to our Support Team for further assistance with this, and we have already replied to that thread to get this solved as soon as possible.
Very user-friendly for sellers, and offers step-by-step guidance on how to set up a review system. I also like the fact that customers can upload photos when giving reviews. Highly recommended!
love it save a lot of time , helped my store to become a really branded store and professional the reviews really do come in handy
I love that this app allows customers to post their own photos. This feature is especially important to a clothing store like mine.
Customer support is beyond awesome. Moran has personally added new features to the app and embedded them for me (I'm a coding noob).
Definitely try it out! You won't regret it.

I just installed this app, and it seems to work great. I had some issues with the reviews displaying on my product page, and I emailed support. They were super responsive and got back to me within a couple hours. Problem solved!
