Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Loox is by far the best reviewing tool available on Shopify. Getting reviews is as simple as set up & forget it. Emails are sent out automatically via the platform a certain time after the purchase (if set up correctly) and customer can even be incentivized to write a review.

It looks great and is efficient. Great customer service. They were very responsive and helped perfectly with my concern.

Josh helped me a bunch so I appreciate that. I have been using it for a week on 2 different sites and it is actually one of the easier review apps to work with.

The app is what I needed for my website. I wanted to let customers and students leave reviews on my site.

Overall I really enjoy this app as it provides a great way for customers to share their shopping experience. The customer support team is great. My only issue would be that I have not seen the ratings appear in google yet so not sure if that feature works. otherwise great app.

Reviews can increase conversions. This app automates the process of asking buyers for reviews after a specified number of days post purchase. This is a huge time saver for the busy solopreneur. It's also great to have the ability to approve or disapprove reviews on the go with just one click.

I have been able to expose my company and increase traffic via this app. I have a unique product, limited marketing channels. I must leverage every app possible to maximize traffic.
