I love this app its awesome that customers can send in photos with their review.

It helps build trust and create more sales.

I absolutely love Loox. I switched from another review App and the transition was so seamless. The Loox team was able to import all my older reviews so I didn't lose any of them. The App itself is so amazing and easy to use. Definitely a great investment. Great app and awesome customer service.

I needed to add the star rating to my homepage which needed to edit some code on my website. I contacted them and it was done same day :) That is extra super fast :)

I had an issue with google with one of the script codes that needed to be removed from my site and Loox support team was very helpful at removing it as that was affecting my overall site on Google. My reviews display now properly and they are fast at fixing problems.

Loox is by far pretty much one of the best Review collectiona and display apps across the entire Shopify app store. We've been using it for over 4 years not and it's never given us any issues.

Their email templates and display templates look really premium too, with bare minumum customization.

Lastly, and most importantly, they have terrific support. They repond back to any query in less than a day. Especially a huge thanks to Ilan who helped us with a billing related concern when we needed it the most, all in just 24 hours.
