Very easy to install and import reviews. I am starting with the 9.99 € plan to start, to see if I get great results wich I have no doubt about

Brilliant app for collecting and presenting customer reviews. Lots more functionality compared to its competitors and really easy to set up.
Great app, been using it for almost a year on my webshop. Only thing I would like to see is the possibility to change the date format because it doesn't automatically display the right date format (dd-mm-yyyy) for my country.

Loox automatically displays the date format according to the customers' browsers locale.
This means that if your customer's browser is set to German it will be dd:mm:yyyy, or if it is set to English (USA), it will be displayed as mm:dd:yyyy.
If you wish, you can adjust your widget's settings to hide the reviews' dates from your Loox admin.

I have tried many review app but Loox is by far the most complete and easy to use. The support is also very responsive and helpful!
It's a great app with many features. It has many types of widgets like reviews, ratings, testimonials, galleries, carousel and it's also customizable which is good. I like the customer service too, I emailed with a question and got an answer in 20 minutes. My customer rep was Rain, thanks for the help. Cheers.
