I moved over to Loox from another review service a while back and the experience has been very smooth ever since. Everything is pretty straightforward and the extra features are great. I needed some help implementing custom code snippets into my theme and Shany took care of it in no time.
The only thing that I would like to see improved at the moment is their relatively new smart upsell feature. The metrics interface is limited and there are minimal options for tweaking.

Mary and Molly were also amazing with the video reviews integration, even though the theme didn’t allow adding sections, they found a great workaround and made sure everything looked perfect.

Loox has been the best review app on Shopify that I have used. It's so easy to set up, get reviews from customers and show them off in the important areas.
Additionally, if you have any issues, their service is always here for the rescue, I've usually only waited a few minutes before someone has fixed my issue, Ellison recently helped me out, quickly fixed it, had me check and gave me a couple areas to clear if it didn't work, but it had and we are back in action.
Love Loox and will always use it.
seems fine, the only thing on my wish list is - I wish when viewing a review there was a way to clink on a link that would connect directly to the order that lead to the review. As it is one must scoop up the email and do a copy and paste style search. Other than that it works fine

This has been the single best app to help grow our business by providing instant customer feedback and credibility to our site and social accounts. I recently had an issue that our customer service rep, Tal, expertly handled with very fast response times and a quick and direct resolution. I highly recommend Loox to any business.
Super easy to use, and I find it brings a lot of customer reviews in compared to other review apps. Plus I love how modern and user friendly it is for the customers and also the widgets on the website.
worst app ever with bad customer support, have been a loyal customer for 1 year. When my no. of orders started to finally increase got no support from your team kept getting the same email, hidden charges were there using other review apps now

Edit: how convenient, they only addressed one out of 4 issues that I brought up in their reply. Now they offer me 30% off the money-pit scale plan lol. The app didn’t work total of 3 weeks out of two months now. We’re already with Judge.me $15 unlimited everything. Cheers!
We’ve used this app for two months out of which it hasn’t worked for two weeks. I keep getting maxed out quota notifications on 20 emails sent out, despite the limit being 100. Your pos orders will apply the the 500 order limit, even tho no email provided so there will never be a review from those. Some guy Rotem said he fixed it, but here were a month later with same issue. Also takes them a week to fix anything. Switching asap.

Review collection is working very well, around 25% response rate which seems to be higher than with our previous app. Supportive staff in case of any questions although there is no realtime chat unfortunately
