I had some issues about a widget in this app. And sent a request for help with it. Jodel a team member from loox have helped me so well with this issue and very quick thanks for it!

I've had Loox for about a week now and so far it has been great! The reviews look great on my shop and I have already gotten more new reviews from this plugin than from the previous rating plugin I was using. Very worth the cost!

Chester responded to my support request quickly and resolved my query in a very professional manner. With a support team like this it is nice to have an application like Loox in my online store. Super grateful!
