Loox Product Reviews & Photos is by far for me one of the best review apps. We have been using it for some time now and what has always stood out for us is the incredible customer service. We had an issue with part of our review rating widget not showing on our product pages, first Liz got through to us and did her best to help, but when she realised it was something for the technical team, she past us over straight away, within 24 hours, Lilach the Technical Support Engineer got in contact having gone straight onto our account, added the code, and job was done! super quick, super easy, we didn't have to stumble through anything. Nice, easy, efficient, thats Loox, a great app with a great team behind it, thank you!

What a great app!! I decided to download it and give it a try instead of the standard shopify reviews app which was pretty basic. I love how it automatically emails you customers after they purchase, and offers them a discount code to leave a review. It also offers a link to share so they can have their friends try it and they get $$ off which is a great way to bring in new sales. I get so many more reviews now since using loox. Also i had to export all the reviews from the old app and put them into loox which i was having trouble with, so i reached out to their support and they were incredibly helpful!!! Jodel helped me remove all the old code from the old app, and add the loox code so i could get the stars and number of reviews to show up on my home page, product page, and collections pages exactly how i wanted! Super helpful and FAST support!! Truly a lifesaver. This app is a MUST HAVE if you want to be successful on shopify!! -Nigel (Breathe Naturals Deodorant)

Love how easy it is to set up

I am very impressed! We had an issue on our post checkout page. The Loox Team, from the beginning were quick to respond and escalate it right to Ilan, the Technical Support Engineer and his tech team, who then took care of it immediately. It was a very smooth process. I am very happy with Loox customer service and the App is awesome as well! : ) Very easy to setup. Thank you Ilan and team! : )
