I work with Loox on several stores of mine and it is by far the best Review App on the market! And they have an industry leading Support team as well. Many thanks to Liz who helped me recently with a problem i had. With her help it took less than 30 min to solve my issue.
Loox makes it easy. I tried others and this is the easiest app for reviews.
Would love that if you could also send out an review E-Mail and ask for the customer to leave a Google Review, add the Google Business Link so they land directly on the Google Review page for the business in question and offer them a coupon code etc.
Basically beeing able to send out a review E-Mail and offer something in the E-Mail for each review they post:
Place a Google Review, get 2% on your next purchase, add a photo to your review get an additional 2%.
Place a Product Review, get 2% on your next purchase, add a photo to your review get an additional 2%.
