So far, so good! Just installed it a few weeks ago, so still trying things out but I like what I see so far!

Help team was super responsive and knowledgable. Jodel recommended a couple different fixes to my problem and helped resolve things within an hour.

The best looking review app I've used. It also doesn't slow my store down.

I wish there was a public reviews page that would show up on Google when customers search for "brand + reviews", kind of like reviews.io and trustpilot have. The loox branding/logo under the widgets currently links to their Shopify app store page, which doesn't really build trust as much as it would if it linked to a dedicated public reviews page.

Ken did a great job helping me out and was very quick to take action. I couldn’t get the “display reviews” tab to load and he helped me by doing the action from his end and suggested what could’ve been the problem from my end. Great Customer service!
