The app was easy to download and embed onto my theme however I keep getting notifications saying I haven’t switched it on when I did but other than that it is perfect

Loox is a very good review app and fits the needs of my business perfectly. Nicely priced, multiple features, and very very good customer support. Whenever I reach out, I hear back within a few hours. My guy Ken is especially helpful.

Amazing app, can do upsell and create discount code by writing a review

I needed the review tab to only show product-specific reviews. Tai and Lilach helped me sort this issue and has been helpful the whole time. Thank you! I hope Loox can improve in the future to let the user click on the stars to show the reviews rather than a floating review tab.
