I am currently on a trial with Loox after being on Junip for a few months. I had issues with set-up and migrating reviews over and Laurence from the support team was so quick to help and resolved my issue within an hour (whaaaat?!). It's been a really great addition to our website, and absolutely has helped us build trust amongst our customers - especially with such particular clientele.

This app not only encourages customers to leave a review, but to also come back and purchase again. I also appreciate how user friendly this app is.
