useful app for showing off reviews. really helps show my customers what they are buying, and easily allows upsell in the review email.

Loox is a fantastic shopify app for building customer trust and engagement through reviews, written and picture/video, and customer rewards thereafter. The rewards system is both a useful sales and high quality review incentive. The ability to smoothly embed Loox widgets and notifications on our platform, fully customizable with our branding, also provides a holistic customer experience to interact with. We're very happy with Loox and look forward to seeing how they can further iterate on their service!

I used this App to help me import reviews for my store, and this app work very well. I love it, I reccommande it.

I can't comment on the usefulness of the app yet since I am only starting up BUT I already would highly recommend them because of their efficient, friendly, helpful, fast customer service. I had some problems with the language settings and they helped as much as they could to solve my problem as fast as possible.
