I've been using Loox for years now and easily the best review app on the app store. I've always had issues with other app but this is extremely smooth and intuitive.

We absolutely love this app. One of the best features offers a discount code for customers who leave product reviews which has been incredibly helpful in collecting valuable reviews for us. Tech support is also excellent!

This app is my favorite for reviews. I use it on four different stores of mine, and I've been able to get tons of positive feedback from my customers and easily display it on all my product pages.

The app is very impressive. The people who created this app are very mindful of stores who are just starting. They have all that's needed to create social proof through photo reviews along with customizations and option to send manual requests.

There's a difference from Customer Support and carrying out a ticket for a customer for almost 2 weeks just because he keeps wanting to make changes. The fact that Loox support team was continuing to help me on all the changes I wanted to make for that long, and was more than happy and even willing to ask if I wanted more assistance after that, speaks volumes for how Astonishing there customer support team is!
