Great App! Great Customer Service, a must for your e-commerce business. Mara was quick and very helpful when I needed support.

I'm a beginner to say. But so far it is helping me a lot to create real social proof so that customers feel more confident in making the purchase.

Jodel from the Loox support team really help a sister out. My web designer went MIA on me, and I don't know anything about the back end of my website. I have been struggling with my reviews showing, and Jodel not only helped me, but she also logged into my account; of course, I had to add her as an account user, and I gave her account permission, and she did it for me. I am beyond thankful because reviews are very necessary and important as a fairly new small business owner. Now all my reviews from Shopify and loox are combined and migrated, showing up on my website. Wooohhooooo. Happy Customer

Easy to set up and use. Runs on autopilot. I like how it shows the photo reviews first creating far greater impact.
