This is such a great app! It has great additional features such as refer a friend, and offering rewards for photo and video reviews. Within the first 24 hours of installing Loox we had 16 new reviews! This level of reviews collected in the same timeframe was impossible with Trustpilot. Customer service is great too, Rotem in particular. He was able to quickly assist me with accidentally duplicated reviews.
Had issues with my product stars not showing on my homepage and Liz was able to help me out promptly and add them to where they were needed. Thanks again for all the help
