The referral program is a great way of keeping customers engaged. The team has been super helpful in getting us started and the onboarding team was such a great help throughout the entire process. Can definitely recommend!
For our small team, jumping into a full-service loyalty program seemed daunting to say the least. Vicky and the LL team were of great service during the onboarding process, which gave us confidence that we could get this program off the ground.
In the months after launch, we had questions about email flows and analytics that Vicky responded to quickly and throughly. This responsiveness and care is what we look for in a company with integrity.

Sammy Newton has been nothing short of extraordinary in our onboarding process. He's been so patient and guiding through our process. He's been proactive in checking in on our launch progress and has been so helpful in answering ALL the many questions I threw at him. We also restructured our program in the middle of launch and he was super helpful during everything. He's been such a pleasure to work with too!

I highly recommend! We met with a lot of different loyalty vendors before choosing Loyalty Lion. Loyalty Lion offered exactly what we needed; an easily customizable embedded loyalty page [we didn't want the 'pop-up' widget experience but also didn't have a dev resource, so we needed easy], the option of a widget and most importantly a dedicated account manager. Loyalty programs are TONS of work, especially when you're part of a small brand/ team, so having someone dedicated to helping grow & optimize your program is really what set them apart for us. The onboarding was straight forward and simple. Sophie [our AM] is so sweet and helped us not only decide on how to best structure our tiers, point system & rewards but also helped to resolve all technical & coding issues [these were a me problem more than a them problem haha]. Overall, they are more expensive than others, but I think the level of service, integrations & ease of everything along with the customizable embed on page [without a developer!] make it worth the investment for us.

The support is there if you need they have been helpful so far.Great way to keep your customers engaged.
I use this app to generate repeat orders and to give my customers something back. Staff have always been helpful and supportive and go the extra mile when I have ever needed help. It's nice to find a company that gives help so freely even when you are not on the most highly paid plans. I dont find the app as easy to use as it could be but it does work. I would improve areas of HTML so that non tech people could create emails and templates that work. i would enable emails to customers within LL that were freely created too. But all in all this is a good app and I have now been using it for three years.
Its easy to install and good to use. Helps me to keep track of everything and also reward loyalty points to recurring customers
Loving LL and we're just starting to scratch the surface of its capabilities. We own and operated kids' playspaces and use LL as a substitute for class packs, i.e. accumulate points for a free class instead of bulk purchasing, and we use it for membership rewards and referrals. Support is fantastic too.
Luana was a perfect success manager, and I could not have asked for better service. She responded to every email and call in a timely manner. She took the time to sit down and review everything with me and shared great email examples to consider in the future. When onboarding, the different time zones for support made things tricky once deadlines were getting close, but I'm very satisfied with the program's outcome.
