We have just started using Loyalty Lion. The onboarding so far was very easy and Mags from Loyalty Lion has been very helpful. We are now looking forward to the first results with Loyalty Lion.

We needed a seamless integration looking at loyalty reward options for our customer site with Limited Run Games. Their account and support team was on point helping with integration, coaching, and general correspondence.
Ultimately, we decided a loyalty program for our site our customer base was ideal at the time- but that didn't reflect at all on the quality of their platform as we feel it was top notch and very easy to use.
If we decide to go back to one- we would certainly come back to Loyalty Lion. Would definitely recommend : )
I have just completed setting this up for my store www.FanExtras.com and the setup wizard was seamless, it took me step by step and included many screen shots in order for me to easily and quickly setup Loyalty Lion.

Our onboarding process was well organized and we had a good start with the program. In case of any quesions we get quick and competent support. LoyaltyLion is easy to use and I also find the help articles very detailed and helpful.
Libby was very helpful through the whole onboarding process, with prompt replies to any questions we had during the setup even with the large time difference !
We have just launched so havent seen huge results as of yet but very excited to see where we end up with a couple more tweaks to the program, everything looks promising so far. Good amount of intergrations to work with.

Our Account Manager, Hannah, has just conducted a thorough QBR - outlining performance since launching the programme and ways we can improve our success. We are very happy with Loyalty Lion, and our customers love it. It works seamlessly with our online store and our Shopify retail POS, which is really important for us. I'd give it 5 stars except for the fact that it's a costly program when your customer base is as large as ours. However, it truly has created loyal customers who like collecting points, so the cost is worth it in the end.
Great experience, great tool, great people. Easy onboarding process with knowledgeable reps and easy to use interface. Will require an HTML skills to update automatic emails, but if you're engaging customers through email already you'll be fine. 5/5, would use again.
