So far, Sam and Ellie have been super helpful with process of re-launching our loyalty program. We aren't quite there yet, but their knowledge and superb level of communication have made it easy and enjoyable. They also share excitement and enthusiasm for our project which is always a plus.
We can't wait to fully launch to see the reaction of our members and hopefully, increased metrics!

Great app if you want a loyalty program, very helpful team- been using them for a long time. Would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a loyalty program, I would not recommend a better company. Lots of useful features and automation

Our company migrated from a previous rewards program to Loyalty Lion and we are thrilled for the upgrade! While the onboarding process was a bit longer (for all our team members to understand and comprehend) than others, Sammy our onboarding manager went beyond in helping and assuring we were all on the same page; helping us in designing a beautiful Rewards page, ensuring all of our questions were answered, and guiding us through the entire migration process - and then some! We've only gone live this week but so far our customers are happy with the new upgrade! It's nice to see that we can finally reward our customers without having to always give out a monetary discount and while we have yet to see the long-term success of the program (as only having launched this week!) we are super excited to see the results it will help us achieve in the long run.

Great customer service and ongoing account management. They actually reach out to YOU about about how to maximize your program. I found their pricing very clear. They have also been responsive to suggestions. Very client-focused!

Very good app. Easy to set up, works fine also with APIs. It is a bit pricy but if you promote your program actively, it will pay off over a couple of month. To switch on the email notifications is a must, otherwise people forget about their points! Customer support is fast, accurate and competent. Highly recommend!!
