We've had a great experience with LoyaltyLion so far. The platform is intuitive, offers lots of flexibility, and has helped us build a loyalty program that fits our brand perfectly. The LL team have been excellent in our transition from Square to Shopify. We had an existing loyalty system that has been made even better with LL, and we have tons of new data to parse through and customer are loving the new points tiers, rewards etc. Big shout out to Nahum and the engineering team for guiding and helping us along the way.
