We specifically use this application to identify and fix the issues on our store based on the user behavior. It is just a week since we started exploring, plenty of features and I love it. The result is really insane. every eCommerce store should have this application to provide a better shopping experience to customers. According to us it is our essential application. We have tried different apps but this one surpassed our expectation. So far the support is great.

I purchased this app for the heat map function, which has proved valuable in making a plan to optimize my customer's journey. Once implemented, I look forward to continuing to use the map to refine that experience. Although I have not yet implemented it, I do plan to selectively use the chat function. In all, the merchant experience with onboarding has been smooth.

This app is so helpful to see where customers click and where they wait / what they looks at and what they bypass. It is really helpful would definitely recommend

AH-MAZING! I installed this app about three weeks ago, and it has already helped me to save over $300 in sales (which clearly paid for the $10). The fact that it can record what my customers are doing has helped me understand their problems and allowed me to fix it when they either contact me, or when I see a sale lost. So far by watching the videos, I've changed several things on my site that I didn't even know was an issue because on my screen it always displays fine. In short you will NOT regret spending the small amount of money for this incredible app. Please you get to feel like God watching your customers lives on your site :-)

Looks good, the user recordings are unbelievable and a great help. IT shows exactly what the user is doing on your site.

I really loved this app. A highly recommended and must-have app in your Shopify store. You get to know your customer requirements and you can ask for their needs and chat with them.
