This app is def a necessity if you are trying to use Shopify's out-of-the-box analytics to analyze web traffic driven by ads, and other campaigns. The recordings are the most helpful part.
The functionality could be a bit more intuitive, especially when it comes to interpreting trends and heat maps, but def a step up if you need to better understand how UX impacts customer behavior.
Thank you for leaving us such a comprehensive review. You’re right—when you’re driving traffic through paid campaigns, you need to understand which campaigns were more successful and why. Lucky Orange gives you a front-row seat to see what people really do on your website and to better understand the impacts of those UX optimizations. The app seems not be being working correctly. It is cutting off in mid recording and skipping through recordings. In addition, I had a 15 minute onboarding appt. today at noon and no one showed up.
This isn’t the experience we want any of our users to have. Unfortunately, our onboarding expert encountered a technical issue that prevented them from joining your call, and they have been trying to reschedule with you over the past few days. We apologize for the inconvenience and understand your frustration.
Regarding your recording issues, our team is eager to investigate and find a resolution if necessary. Since this hasn't been reported by other merchants, please respond to my last email with more details so we can start looking into your issue and assist you promptly. We can also reschedule your onboarding call, and I will personally ensure that you are taken care of. We hope you will give us a chance to make things right.
