I would recommend Lucky Orange to basically see your prospective customers behaviors and adjust how your store looks and its interaction/functionality etc.. very useful

This app is a must-have. It's, probably, one of the top 3 apps a merchant should install. It gives golden information on the customers' journey in, through and out of one's eshop.
Support is, also, excellent. Every time I needed some answers or help, they were there to answer them quickly and to the point.
So, I must say that I cannot recommend this app highly enough !

It's amazing to have a tool to improve your store design. Lucky Orange is the best i tried so far.
Very detailed reviews and you can select the most important ones (checkout, added to cart).
Also the heatmap is a must.
I recommend it for any shopify store.
