This is the best app for me. It shows all the activity and behaviors of customers on my store which helps me to improve my site better and also conversion. I highly recommend to everyone...love it.

Insight from heatmap is really comprehensive and useful. We are able to make some decisions based on customer behavior we saw from the recording. It is a must have app if you want to improve UX and UI.
This App works like magic. You can see in realtime, how your customer navigating on your site, what is stopping them to convert on the site and you can do real-time changes.

Super easy to install (i.e. no code to install on your website) as it integrates with Shopify and a great tool for any business.

Form analytics wasn't working for us. After a struggle with Lucky Orange to respond to support emails they were able to guide us around the problem. I would give this app a 5 star, but I feel their support could improve.
Awesome App - Still new in using it but it has valuable insights. Justin Tomlinson gave me a 15min onboarding session which assisted greatly in understanding the key elements of this application.

the heat maps never work. Seems to be a waste of money with no real insights and it seems to slow the site down.

Lucky Orange is fully committed to transparency into how our technology operates and affects your website. Our code is loaded asynchronously, meaning it does not load on your site until the essential elements like your product pictures, navigation, CTAs and more have loaded and are fully functional.
