Good app but would be preferable if it was accessible directly on shopify and not on a separate weblink. Also it does not seem to record accurately all visitors.

I'm having trouble with the heat maps not actually showing on my Mac? but the videos are helpful. I wish I had more for the price I'm paying.

Unfortunately, we’ve been unable to locate any previous communication from you, so we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our app is optimized for both Mac and PC devices, and I’m eager to investigate what might be preventing your heatmaps from displaying. Some browsers and browser extensions can interfere with heatmaps, such as an ad blocker. We would be more than happy to dive into your case to see if this is what’s blocking your heatmaps. Useful, organized metrics and well crafted UI. The user action replay option is also super useful - although can occasionally stall out as it tries to compile longer sessions.
