You absolutely must try this app. More than just recordings - expert business intelligence. Well worth the price, yet there's so much more available under the hood.

The app. features are great; the interface is straightforward, and the FREE version is unreal.
The cherry on top is the onboarding call with Jordan; he is very knowledgeable. He presented the app functionality on my account (which is fantastic) and answered all my questions with a big smile. (Yes, it was a video call)
Overall well done, Lucky Orange; you made an excellent product and have a fantastic team showing it to the world; I am lucky to have all of that for FREE.

All I can say is WOW! Lucky Orange has the analytics I need for my Shopify store and exactly the insights that are needed to thrive and grow your traffic. Understanding through visualization is a key facet to a store. On top of that, they have excellent customer service and go above and beyond to help you succeed! Why am i just discovering this??? Is the PERFECT solution to see what the visitors do on the website!!! the only tiny thing is the load time of the heat map (but it can also be on my side). Simply GREAT

Great app! It's helped us to continually optimize our website for conversions.
This is the best app out there to track what customers are doing on your store. It tells you where a sale came from, add to carts etc. I highly recommend it.

Thank goodness I have this since Google analytics and Shopify analytics do absolutely nothing for understanding customer behaviour nowadays. Huge fan of Lucky Orange, I use it pretty much every day and it's helped optimise my store after watching session recordings and heatmaps.
Love to hear this! Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics offer some information, but that information doesn't give the full picture.
