Great app, love being to see customer recordings and just starting to play around with the chat feature
This is a Great app...The chat function increased my sales right from the start.
Very easy to use, and gives loads of information about how users are interacting with the website. I especially like the video recordings, they really help you work out where people are dropping off :)

I wanted to know how customers were using our website and why our visitors were high but our conversion rate was low. Lucky Orange has a really cool feature where you can watch a screen recording of how customers are interacting with your website. It has been so helpful when trying to determine what we need to do to increase our conversions!
