This app definitely helped me look into what interested my customers on my site. If on a cpu you can see what they are even reading b/c the will use their mouse. It's like watching people walk in and out of a store. Replays are the best.

Excellent app and pro-active customer service! I found exactly what I was looking for and thank you Justin to help me! The app adds to interact with customers in crucial moments of their experience. Also allow to trigger action and study behavior. We had an initial test with the app months ago, but we are ready now to use it full!

They have very helpful customer service
Just hopped off a call and the representative was supper nice any question she didn't know she didn't pretend she knew (like a lot of egoistic saas companies) She just authentically answered no one ever asked me that I will need to ask the development team.

I must say being in Australia I have found the online help to be pathetic due to time zone related issues.
However Lucky Orange has saved me in that I am new to this game and still trying to figure things out.
Through information on recordings I have been able to identify issues that otherwise would not have been eg broken links when I updated my site.
I have also identified a trend of people jumping to one collection of my site and never appearing interested in buying from this collection - this enabled me to do detective work in a different area which has resolved significant issues with my online advertising - so Hopefully Lucky Orange will be paid for within a few months of this error being resolved!
The live recordings are pretty cool but the Heatmaps never seem to work for me. Spoke to support and they were pretty helpful and are currently looking into the issue. The issue seems to be a template compatibility issue.

I'd say this is the most useful app available through the Shopify app store. If you want to know how visitors react and engage with your site (which everyone with an e-commerce site should), then this is a must-have.
