This app is a must-have. It's, probably, one of the top 3 apps a merchant should install. It gives golden information on the customers' journey in, through and out of one's eshop.
Support is, also, excellent. Every time I needed some answers or help, they were there to answer them quickly and to the point.
So, I must say that I cannot recommend this app highly enough !

Excellent app to see exactly where customers are scrolling, clicking, adding to cart, or exiting. The free plan is perfect when you're just starting out. I love to use this when I've made changes to my site to see how things are working (or not working) for my customers. The customer service is outstanding. Quick, friendly, and helpful! Lucky Orange is by far one of the greatest apps I have used for my business. It has helped me recognize vulnerabilities in my conversion optimization to increase sales overall. I feel few apps on Shopify are worth the money, but Lucky Orange is by far the best. If you're sales are suffering and you don't know why, Lucky Orange will tell you. The recordings are amazing and do not slow your store down. 10/10 recommend for any e-commerce business.
