Lucky orange is one of those apps that is essential to my store. I do not run and ads without it live because otherwise I cant see any points of friction my customer experiences. This app has saved me so much money on finding simple navigation errors or spelling mistakes that would otherwise deter potential customers. Highly recommend, it isnt even up for debate tbh.

I just want to update my review: It says that I have been using this app for 3 days, when in reality ive been using it for months. I would not be where I am today without this app, I truly mean it. I ALWAYS find something I need to change, even when I proof read my website 5 times before launching an iteration. If you are wanting to know why your conversion rate may have tanked, or what you can do to get it better. Get this app right now.

Every shop needs this app. It has a little bit of everything and is super helpful. Super easy to use and best of all it's FREE! I believe there are paid options but for the most part, I only needed the free version. Seriously, it's a life changer.

It's of great service to be able to see what the people who are clicking on certain ads are behaving like when interacting with your site. Yes, it's good for identifying issues as well but the most use I have gotten out of it is to determine what the habits are of certain customers, specifically ones that add to cart and don't buy. I like this app. But after the free trail you cant upgrade your plan. When I click a plan is says "Confirm with Shopify" after you click that "you need to reconnect to the shopify app" when I click connect it just takes me straight to the app download.. This is super frustrating!

Update: customer service got in contact with me quickly and fixed the Problem right away. Great App, great customer service! I would definitely recommend.!

Our company had been looking into Lucky Orange for a month before while we were doing a site redesign, and we are more than happy we decided to move forward with them. My onboarding call with Justin was excellent. He answered all my questions, showed me some great features, and even worked with me on some creative ways to use surveys. I've also reached out to customer service a few times and in each session, my issues are resolved in a timely manner. All of the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. It's been about a week and we're already learning so much about our site and user experience. I look forward to diving more into Lucky Orange as we grow our business.

I must say I did have some trouble getting the app to download the code correctly on my shopify store BUT after some little chats with Lucy Orange (Emilia) she managed to walk me through it and we finally got there. She was pretty amazing to be honest with you and I wish I had contacted via zoom before just messaging as it was a lot quicker and easier.

So far it's great and certainly helps me see who is looking on site and also what they are looking at...early days of course but so far so good! thank you Lucy Orange x

Lucky Orange is a wonderful little tool to help you see what your customers focus on and then make adjustments to your landing page accordingly. As an example, I noticed most customers breezed past an offer I had going on. The offer did not generate any more sales so I took it off. It was really helpful to see that my customers were not interested in it at all in real-time. I've also made other adjustments on my page based on customer behavior. It helped me make my page more focused on what my customers actually want to see and what is important to them.
