Great app so far. Amazing value for such a simple setup. Mostly using it for monitoring visitor sessions so far, but several other features I plan to take advantage of soon.

I used to see and monitor the website visitor and its work very good, but if the starter store has more days for trial will be better

This app worked perfectly right out of the box. I didn’t have to do any set-up; it was immediately clear how to do things. I use it for the customer screen recordings: seeing how customers navigate through your store provides excellent UX feedback. Well worth the small monthly fee. Good support as well.

One a first attempt at looking at the app, I didn't quite know how to navigate this app. Within five minutes of speaking with customer service, I had a good knowledge of the app and am excited to see how this app will help me understand how customers are using our site.

This app stopped recording Adds to cart and most of the view content recordings regardless of live sessions! The support team was absent due to weekends! Later the team reached me and helped me through skype chat. They resolved the issue and found out that my theme was a problem due to a design change of my cart. Moreover, he showed me how the site was loading for a long time.

HATS OFF! Guys, seriously, this app is DIAMOND! Actually, I didn’t want to share with other people since it is that amazing! All features will blow your mind. This app is amazing. Having just launched a store, we are able to see how our visitors move around the site, what they seem to be looking for, and what they are doing when they leave. This helps us fix the weak areas of our site to retain more visitors and convert sales. I also love that it shows so many stats such as browser type, device type, location, referral source, if they added something to the cart, where they are located, and what products they looked at.

This app absolutely rocks! It helped me identify a lot of flaws in the store design & I took those inputs to improve. For new store owners this is an absolute requirement. Go for it, the value is beyond measure and user interface & observations are a breeze with this app. Once you check this out, you will not search any further, makes life easier.
