What an amazing app. I found so many little problems I didn't know I had. I highly recommend this app.
OMG-I LOVE this app! It is definitely worth trying out and you won't be disappointed. I've tried a few apps but this is the best by far. If you decide to pay for it after the trial, it is well worth the money. I'm still working out the kinks on my site and this has definitely helped me pinpoint problem areas with my traffic.
I have installed the app and asked for help. They were very quick and kind. I had a 15 Minute Personalized Onboarding and they were very open. It's great to use an app with such customer support. This app is a must have if you really want to understand your customer behaviors.

The app. features are great; the interface is straightforward, and the FREE version is unreal.
The cherry on top is the onboarding call with Jordan; he is very knowledgeable. He presented the app functionality on my account (which is fantastic) and answered all my questions with a big smile. (Yes, it was a video call)
Overall well done, Lucky Orange; you made an excellent product and have a fantastic team showing it to the world; I am lucky to have all of that for FREE.

All I can say is WOW! Lucky Orange has the analytics I need for my Shopify store and exactly the insights that are needed to thrive and grow your traffic. Why am i just discovering this??? Is the PERFECT solution to see what the visitors do on the website!!! the only tiny thing is the load time of the heat map (but it can also be on my side). Simply GREAT

Thank goodness I have this since Google analytics and Shopify analytics do absolutely nothing for understanding customer behaviour nowadays. Huge fan of Lucky Orange, I use it pretty much every day and it's helped optimise my store after watching session recordings and heatmaps.
Love to hear this! Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics offer some information, but that information doesn't give the full picture.
