I decided to download this app as I have been having problems with my traffic not staying long enough on my site. It is a really good tool to look into this, with many features that can be used as you develop insight. Most importantly, the customer service is AMAZING! I have never experienced customer service like this before on another app. I booked an onboarding call, and Jordan took the time to carefully walk me through the app, and also listened to my queries with patience. Awesome app! It allows us to better understand what visitors are doing on our website. We love the fact that it has a chat function which allows us to do more on one app than a separate chat app. Most importantly, it allows us to fine tune whatever that doesn't seem right on our website.. instantly e.g. broken links, radio buttons that are not working etc.
Would love to see more powerful analytics reports with suggestions and recommendations. That will be marvellous!

Lucky Orange is a wonderful little tool to help you see what your customers focus on and then make adjustments to your landing page accordingly. As an example, I noticed most customers breezed past an offer I had going on. The offer did not generate any more sales so I took it off. It was really helpful to see that my customers were not interested in it at all in real-time. I've also made other adjustments on my page based on customer behavior. It helped me make my page more focused on what my customers actually want to see and what is important to them.
