Great software to learn more about your customer's behavior. Also they have great customer support. Shout out to Justin! Highly recommend for any business, especially eComm stores. 10/10

I use Lucky Orange for chat, live view of visitors, recordings and analytics. Tons of customization features available and intuitive to use. Their dashboard feature is super rich including some great funnel metrics that I haven't seen in most competing products. Customer support has been valuable. They also include personal one on one onboarding that I have rarely seen with other Shopify vendors. Overall, a total winner in my book. I am keeping them :-)

I use this app to help me see what changes I need to make to my website. It is very user friendly and easy to figure out. Also, if you have questions the customer support is very helpful and responds quickly.

It is amazing what this app can do. I love it... Easy to install, and they will give you a free walk-thru to show you how it all works. Awesome customer service after too!

Have recently moved from Classic version to their new version, and absolutely love the insights and interface. Powerful tool, must have for all E-Comm businesses.

I used this app to help improve the layout and navigation of my store and ultimately my conversion. I can see what customers are struggling with and It would never have occurred to me if not for this app. Don't even try to open your store without it. GET -THIS-APP-AND-THANK-ME-LATER! Enough said...lol
