Update: 15? Minutes after leaving review the owner of the company called me up to solve my problem. Turns out I had an old account(cancelled) from a long time ago and this new one - when I tried logging in this morning my browser used the old saved Username and Password - and that's why it wasn't working this AM. He walked me through deleting the app and reinstalling it after he deleted the old account. Bing Bang Boom - Problem solved! My error not theirs. Great Customer Service..Obviously!
Installed the trial version, it worked for 1 night, next day it said my trial was up (was supposed to be a 7 day trial) but message said if I "tweeted" about lucky orange I'd get "another" 7 days Free. Did it, said it worked, but now users are not seen or recorded. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing. Upgraded to Paid membership, still doesn't work. And now the Free 15 minute phone call appointment scheduler is showing nothing is available till next week.

TOTALLY AWESOME APP!! I absolutely LOVE this app. View videos of your site users visits to your page, get customized reports, see where your traffic originates from and literally TONS of other useful features makes this app a must have for any serious seller. Try it, you won't know how you ever survived without it

I have been using this app for almost a year now so I think I'm well qualified to comment on it. Of all the apps I have used, this is the one I would hate to be without. I have changed so much on my website simply because I can watch how people navigate it; it enables me to see it from the customers viewpoint. I have picked up countless flaws that I would never have even known were there. I can introduce changes and watch how they work out, cut them out if they don't. Can't talk about customer support as never needed it. Not saying it's perfect, not saying it's picked up every transaction but that is not what I was looking for. To be honest once you have got used to the initial amazement of watching customers navigate your site it can become a chore;however, you learn to pick out the ones you need to look out for and that is where the diamonds are.You can filter the behaviour patterns to see what you are looking at. Build heatmaps, you'll be surprised how the layout you thought was perfect is not how your customers use the site: then change your site.
