I tried other chat programs and they usually worked okay but were expensive and one-featured or didn't work well on phones. Lucky Orange had great stats and control so I kept them. When I went to pay up for a subscription, there was a snag because i had two accounts. Justin in their chat popped up and asked to help. Boy did he! Couldn't have doen it correctly wihtout him.

All in all they have a great program and equally great customer service.

It has helped me snag a couple of sales I would not have had, so I feel it is worth the investment. Mike.

I recently installed this app and received an offer to get a brief personal introduction. This was very effective, and I found the app extremely valuable. IN particularly, watching the recordings!

This app is very helpful for me specially for new products that I test on my store. I helps me a lot to understand how visitors are reacting to the landing page. Then I optimize my landing page based on the replays and live views I watch. My favorite is the live view feature, it's very exciting seeing your customer starts adding to cart until they reach checkout. I highly recommend this app, really a very helpful and a very user-friendly tool.

The system has worked well and when I had questions they were answered quickly and courteously. I notice a slight discrepancy between some of the Lucky Orange numbers and Shopify numbers which I think are because of different time zone settings so not overly concerned.

The best App on Shopify by a million miles......

Anyone who understands the sales process will appreciate how good this app is.

This service is awesome! I have no complaints. We've made countless edits to our site since using this app.

NOTE: if you're having trouble viewing the heat map, make sure you're not using an ad blocker. The heatmap won't show up if you do.
