Thank you to Jordan for all his help and guidance, I found things a little confusing when I first opened this App, but after only a 10 minute chat with Jordan I felt more confident with what I could do and use the App for and I have piece of mind knowing that help is just an email away

Revealed very interesting information. I could see where my visitors tended click, and where they exited my site. Helped me identify good and bad points of my website, so I could improve my conversion rate.
Currently on trial but interested in using LuckyOrange further to see how well it does with a lot of traffic!

5 Stars are not enough to give ratings for this Lucky Orange app. I am enjoying a lot with live visitors activity viewing and also with video recordings data of all the visitors activity. Especially customer support is just awesome. I recommend everybody to enjoy this features by installing this app.

Sooo many features. I've caught about 25 problems with my new website so far and I'm able to easily identify the exact issue and fix them fast. Live Chat is sweet too!

I decided to download this app as I have been having problems with my traffic not staying long enough on my site. It is a really good tool to look into this, with many features that can be used as you develop insight. Most importantly, the customer service is AMAZING! I have never experienced customer service like this before on another app. I booked an onboarding call, and Jordan took the time to carefully walk me through the app, and also listened to my queries with patience. Definitely my favourite app on shopify. So helpful!! Provides a tonne of insights for shop owners and it's interesting to compare Shopify, Google Analytics and Lucky Orange stats! Can be some noticeable variations based on the way they capture info. I probably trust Lucky Orange the most out of the three since they're not trying to sell themselves in tandem with their service. The only thing I'd ask for is a more attractive contact/away form. Atm it's grey and very basic looking. Would be great to be able to customise the look to match the site. Everything otherwise is A++++! Great work guys!
