I installed this app on a recommendation from my website coder, Rebecca from Rainy City Marketing. She always recommends apps that she says are "tried and true" and work well. It has been very insightful and we have used it to see if our UX experience is converting optimally. I look forward to digging into the data more. I especially like watching the recordings to gain insight into how people are shopping the site.

Lucky Orange helps me understand how customers and potential customers are using and engaging with my store. In addition to telling me where they are coming from (geographical location), how they are getting to the store (direct link or other), and how low long they are on the site, it tells me where they spend their time on the site. This helps me to understand what is drawing their attention and whether conversions are happening as a result. It also helps to know what type of content and which products draw the most interest.
These are words we absolutely love to hear! It sounds like you’ve been able to dive right into the insight and find ways to improve your website. Lucky Orange is a wonderful little tool to help you see what your customers focus on and then make adjustments to your landing page accordingly. As an example, I noticed most customers breezed past an offer I had going on. The offer did not generate any more sales so I took it off. It was really helpful to see that my customers were not interested in it at all in real-time. I've also made other adjustments on my page based on customer behavior. It helped me make my page more focused on what my customers actually want to see and what is important to them.
