This app is helpful. Now I able to see the traffic of my site. Thank you.
We previously used HotJar, but changed over to Lucky Orange due to the integration with Shopify. Glad we did! It is much easier to you and and has a lot more features available. Really like the filters and heat maps for both desktop and mobile. In addition, like the customer profile information to see repeat customers within the data storage limit. I was very impressed with how the break out the events and provide tagging as well. Highly recommend!

Implementierung war super einfach in Shopify. Lucky orange hilft mir, das Verhalten der Kunden die meine Webseite besuchen besser zu verstehen. Nun hoffe ich bald besser Conversions zu haben mit den neuen erlangten insights.
Auch sympathisch, dass sie ein Gratisversion anbieten. Somit kann man die App einfach testen und auch als Kleinunternehmen kostengünstig Daten generieren/visualisieren.

I used Lucky Orange on my previous website which was not a Shopify site. It is extraordinarily helpful to see where customers are in real time and to jump in if they need help. The live chat service definitely made me quite a few sales. Don't hesitate to add it!
I would recommend this to EVERY shopify store owner. You CANNOT get the same features all packed into one app ANYWHERE. Not to mention you can't get those features for the same price as Luck Orange let alone all packed into one app. If you have any concern or hesitation with using Lucky Orange you shouldnt. Click "Get App" Now! I PROMISE you wont regret it.
Switching to Lucky Orange for our chat was a great decision! Not only was it cheaper than our last chat program, it also provides analytic insights that are soo much easier to understand than Google Anayltics. The other feature that I'm in love with is the polls. Overall great investment!
The best app I use! It's the first thing I open when I am sitting at my desk. I have seen where customers are exiting, and can fix issues before people ask! It's the best.
Lucky Orange is such a hidden gem! We had an onboarding call with Justin Tomlinson who showed us all the features of the app and I'm blown away! I'm especially impressed by the heatmap feature and the recordings as I know it'll help us find areas of improvement. Justin was very patient and answered all our questions.
