the insights and data i can see from visitors and what they are looking at is really helpful. i get to see their country and what products get most traffic.
I had some issues with the plan they offered but with some excellent support they got me back on track. a little pricey for micro business but worth it.

This is the most informative apps compared to similar, and I tried a few. You get a lot for the price. There's a lot to look at and learn from. Emilia was great at answering some questions, we got on a call to explain how to find some data, and I look forward to learning how my customers shop and how I can improve the website to increase conversions.

Multi-functional customer analytics app.

I can see how my customers interact with the website, allowing me to change features around. What looks good vs. what IS good will always be two different things; this app allows that type of transparency. Implementation was easy. I was able to have it up and running within a couple of hours of just poking around. My only critique is I would like to dashboard's timezone to be adjustable. Overall absolutely solid and extremely helpful.
