My experience with this App great. I like the fact I am able to watch customers in real time moving through my website, and can also conduct live interactions with the customers as they shop. I highly recommend this App for analyzing your data in its live form

AMAZING! Lucky Orange is the BEST app on Shopify. The technology in this app is unparalleled and the features in this in-browser app could easily be in a program that costs 1000$ or a professional agency to install. All the value you get from this app is INSANE for the amount of money you pay (10$ a month). I would happily pay 30$ a month for this app and not bat an eye! The fact that it's only 10$ is absolute steal making this the best app on the market.
Indispensable UX data down to live tracking and recordings with ip addresses for any customers, organizable by tons of different parameters. A UX researcher's dream.
Not only that, they give you a free consultation call where they walk you through all the features of the platform and make sure you're getting the most use out of it as possible. The technology is insane and the customer service is impressive

I am disappointed, I have been using this application for 2 years now to watch the behavior of my visitors and update my sites accordingly. Since the new version, it's a disaster, the display of the time spent on the sessions has disappeared from the listings. The recordings are also bad.
- Some records detect additions to the cart that do not exist in the listing.
- You can't scroll on the records anymore
- Records see "end of session" that are not or do not see them when they are. For the moment the new version is not very practical or useful... A good point for the design of the application which took a fresh blow. Keep working guys, know you can get better.
The feedback you’ve shared is helpful and is allowing us to continue to refine the new version of Lucky Orange over time. We understand that the new app is a big change from our classic app and although some features have changed within the newest version, we hope you’ll be able to appreciate the more than 70 new features we’ve added. To help ease the transition, we made the decision to allow people to test the new Lucky Orange while running the classic app before committing to the switch.

I have had great customer support lately. I love the filtering and visuals, as well as in depth look at what customers are doing live and seeing recordings of heat maps. I didn't recognize that some portions of my old plan were bottlenecking our results to view, so I upgraded. Thanks Emilia for the suggestion.

This app used to be good. Lately the app developer FORCES you to go to there website to register and takes your credit card, then the app does not work. You send support request and you have to do many steps to fix it. Greedy app as they try to get money from you NOT ON SHOPIFY.

We see that you’ve used Lucky Orange on other sites and used our Shopify plugin (available above) for a one-step installation but (likely by accident) didn’t sign up for this Lucky Orange account through Shopify. We recommend Shopify customers install Lucky Orange through our one-click Shopify install instead of signing up through our website since you will have to manually place the code in your website header.

Overall easy to install, set up and use! I did find the information very helpful. Their customer service is good as I had a few questions and within a day they got back to me with the answers.
