Really like this app to see where customer seems to have hesitation. The missing star is because alot of video capture are lagging and it can be difficult sometimes to see where exactly whats makes customers leave.

Lucky Orange gives me valuable insights with little work. At a glance each day I can see how many people visited my site, what pages were more visited, and how many people added items to their cart. Love their daily emails that give me this quick rundown and help me find opportunities with my website.

Great insight into your website traffic and customer browsing patterns.
The ability to deep dive the data is welcomed.
The data presented is however not 100% accurate... for example the daily breakdown / count of source traffic does not add up to "All Visits".

This app is highly useful, and there aren’t many alternatives available. However, the pricing is slightly on the higher side. Hopefully, they’ll introduce more flexible pricing options in the future.

LO is a good way to track visits, however, not all visits record and/or play. The conversion funnels and analytics are helpful tools to see where visitors drop off and to check how successful social media campaigns were to drive traffic to our site.

Really helps us understanding how the user interacts with our system, 1 star minus as it cant track vector tracing which would be super useful for our shop

I'm at the beginning of my business, only a few sales and that's why I'm on the free plan.
I fail to follow the steps of visitors because many records are not visible and I fill the limit with some "visitors" without a second of time visiting the site. I try to delete it regularly, but today I didn't have the chance and when I deleted those "visitors" it doesn't show new visitors, it only offers Upgrade - I don't have money for it at the moment, but when sales start, of course I will be on the plan with a larger number of visitors.
