I had ticked the retina image switches for the zoom and the gallery which had caused my images to display too small. All fixed now and the app is back on our Website. The app is really good and the support team has been very helpful.
only this is I would love if they can implement adding video onto the extended view it would be so helpful.

Igor was phenomenal in helping me achieve everything I wanted in both appearance and use of video. I had to go back and forth with tweeks here and there over a course of about 4 days, but he took care of everything each time and made the changes that I requested until it functioned and looked just the way I wanted it.
