It works great, had an issue, resolved by support. Don't put double quotes (") in the description or it will cause the whole app to stop working.
nobody respond for a week.. and the location fee setting sometime will disappear.

We tried a couple of other apps, but it didn't suit out needs. This app works exactly how we needed it to add eco fees for our products.
