Installing the app was super easy and the syncing back and forth is seamless. Highly recommend the app. Can’t believe We didn’t find it sooner.
After some initial struggles installing the app when it was first released, we've been very happy with this solution. Once we got everything installed, it has kept us connected to our MailChimp account which is very helpful.
Hi, thank you for the feedback. Earlier today, we experienced technical difficulties with ShopSync loading up correctly in Shopify. Our engineers reacted quickly, and the issues have since been resolved. During this time, data was being processed as normal in the background if your app was connected. The problem was isolated to the app settings loading up correctly in the browser.

ShopSync was easy to install and set up. It only took a matter of a few minutes. It is not a fancy app, but it does all that I need or want it to do. It's simplicity is a feature.
ShopSync is working well to integrate my store with mailchimp. It has allowed us to continue using both platforms. Their help desk have been willing and quick to respond to enquiries.
It is literally exactly what I was looking for. Just makes my work much easier, and more efficiently. If only I have found it sooner. Nice APP, highly recommended.
This app serves as our drop-in replacement for the soon-to-be-phased-out MailChimp app, that we can no longer use.
The setup process took a While, since ShopSync was looking at your shops entire order history to pull out products, orders and match it against purchases on your Mailing List, but it seems to be well worth it for the functionality it provides.
Easy to setup and so far have had no issues. Glad there is a resource for Shopify sellers with the imminent departure of native Mailchimp integration.
