You totally broke my list. Subscribers are now switched to transactional only. You only brought over a small fraction of my order data. You archived a dozen automations, that I now have to recreate. MailChimp is telling me that I have to manually re-subscribe those subscribers, even though I took a backup. I guess you get what you pay for. This is beyond frustrating.

App & store not syncing properly, despite manual resync. The biggest concern & issue is the absolute lack of response and customer service. I've tried several different methods of contacting mailchimp and have waited over several days. Worst customer service compared to other platforms I've used.
I was worried when I learned MailChimp will not be available again on Shopify before a friend recommended ShopSync to me, it is just amazing and all I can say is THANK YOU ShopSync.
I'm leaving a 5 star review as up until this point I've been really happy with the ShopSync integration with MailChimp. However, I do have an issue that needs to be resolved asap.
In regards to order notifications, when I click “Start Sending” in MailChimp, I hit a roadblock, as a pop-up window appears which asks me to confirm “My store is up to date”.
When I check the box “My store is up to date”, the “Start” button is still greyed out and nothing happens.
Any assistance you could provide in enabling order notifications would be greatly appreciated.

Saves me the labour time of adding contacts manually!
I have been trying the past two days to integrate my shopify site with mailchimp. When trying to download the app it says "URL Not Found"

Can you do us a favor and try to install the app again? We spotted something on the back end that may have caused this issue and has been resolved.

So far very happy with ShopSync and I don't believe that will change. It allows me to continue with MailChimp and everything runs smoothly. One click install is great too. Thank you.
Very easy to implement, which I appreciate. But. It doubled all my tracked revenue in MailChimp, so that it appears people have bought twice as much. Not a deal breaker, but definitely a bug that should be fixed!
update - I finally got around to doing what ya'll said - and it seems to be great now, thanks so much!
Hi there, thank you for your feedback. Do you still have the legacy 'Mailchimp for Shopify' app installed? If so, you'll want to remove that as soon as possible. After doing so, that should remove any duplicate data.
I am so mad that I decided to try out this hyped app. It is the worst, the fkn worst email marketing app I have ever worked with. I just cannot believe how come this exists and how come it has customers. Nothing works. Nothing. I can't even do simple formatting. You can't use emojis. It only works with US currency, so you just have to rewrite price of every single product you add to your email. You type something, delete it and start typing again. Guess what, formatting has completely changed. You can only have up to 2000 contacts. Not subscribers but customers.. wtf?!
